Four video interviews, each with a different person and each lasted about an hour. Selection was made at the end of these interviews. Interview style varied widely from each person, from a casual conversation to typical interview and behavioral interview questions. This is the only institution that has called me for a rejection, rather than a rejection email. I'm assuming it was to show curtesy, but I would much prefer and email.
