I had an in-person interview with the manager, and the atmosphere was quite casual and comfortable. The conversation flowed naturally, and the manager was friendly and open, which helped ease my nerves.

I was referred by a colleague who was working in the library. The process was pretty straight forward. I emailed my resume to my future advisor and received an email saying come for an interview and I did. The interviewer was very friendly. She asked me a few questions then explained everything in details.
