The selection process consisted of One online coding round which consisted of 3 easy to medium coding questions. For the next round, we were called for a pool campus round where they gave a small pre-placement talk, Then a physical interview was taken and this interview was easy but quite short ( It only lasted 4 minutes). Around 50 people from 4 colleges were present for this round. By the end of the first round, only 7 of the candidates were selected, and 5 of these were from the host college (this was very unethical and biased), It seemed that they had already selected the people beforehand, the interview for the other people was just for the namesake.
