Was recruited by Nancy to come have lunch with some of the Audit Staff. After that was given an interview tiered with 4 people. Everyone was extremely friendly and wholesome. You can tell this firm really values their employees and people. After every step of the process Nancy called me to follow up on how it was and I can tell she genuinely cares about each candidate. One thing I really noticed that was significant was that she called me to let me know they were going with another person. It wasn't really a rejection type of phone call but she wanted to know my experience interviewing with them and even they way they rejected me was genuinely nice. Most firms won't even contact you saying you didn't get it or send an impersonal email. Nancy and the Haskell and White staff uphold a wonderful culture and the interview experience was fruitful even though I did not get an offer. For a firm this size and the types of clients they have, I was surprised by the genuine characters and kindness displayed.
