Hatch Recent Graduate interview questions

Interview was very warm and welcoming, first questions were how the weather is in the city I live. Two interviewers who were both engineers working at Hatch provided details about company structure and overall tried to figure out how I would fit in the company. Interview went back and forth with them describing their role and responsibilities along with asking questions about areas that the company works in. You can be relaxed and enjoy the conversation as they are trying more to reach to you as a person than drill you will interview questions. Try to realize the intent of the question as you can relate them back to the company to have a more impactful response.
