Be honest - they don't really care if you have or haven't before. I said I have but only once before, and it's been a while. The response I got was nonchalant and cool - she told me that she'd interviewed plenty of people who had never actually eaten at Chipotle before (she admitted she'd never eaten at Chipotle either until she started working there!)
