I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Mount Pleasant, SC) in Jun 2019
Interview
Mine was a one-on-one interview with the manager on duty. The interview went quickly, and the lady who interviewed me was very pleasant and laid back. The whole process was very casual with no pressure at all, and no one cared that I showed up in casual clothes (a plain, well-fitting navy blue t-shirt, dark colored jeans and a pair of black tennis shoes) since I don't own anything business-like. She wasn't too pushy or nosy, and took notes of what I answered when she asked a question. Near the end, she began explaining how the job worked and what would be expected of me, then offered me a position, which I accepted. We discussed my pay and my hours, she took a few more notes, then told me to call her when I was ready to begin! Very easy and simple!
