I interviewed in SF for the csr position. We first did an activity where you are split up in groups. One was the builder the other is a looker and one was a runner. It was a fun activity! There were 4 interviewers just writing down how you handled the activity of you were calm, stressed etc.. Then we got in a group and pulled a card which had different scenarios and answered one by one how we would handle the situation. Then they told us they will call us between 12-1 if we get to move on to the final interview. I got a call to attend the final interview we first had to type for about 5min on a computer the. We get called in individually to do a 2:1 which is 2 persons interviewing you. I then passed the final interview. I received an email 2 days later saying congrats now I have to do the background, drug test etc.. Your placed in a 6month waiting pool until you get called. I'm at that point where I'm just waiting to be placed in a training class! Overall it was a great and fun interview I've never did anything like it! But I'm glad to start this new journey with HA.
