Interview
The first one was a group interview over zoom that lasted maybe around 30-45 minutes. Everyone answered the same questions. Make sure you pay attention because they will not repeat the question. They let us know in an email that same evening if we moved on. The in person group interview was a few days later. This is where they do the reach test and situational questions. They also break you into “crews” and you folks work out real flight scenarios. Volunteer to speak for your group!! It looks good. That stage took a few hours and again they let you know that evening if you moved on or not. The last stage was the one on one in person interview. Those questions are predictable (why do you want to work here, etc.) They’ll let you know via phone call in the next couple of days.

It was very professional and nice. You do a one on one then group then another one on one. For the group, you get and individual scenario then a group scenario where you work together.

Interview
the whole process was a 3-step process. The first was a group Zoom interview, with a few questions and timed answer (now with Alaska Air merge, it is a recorded process). Next was an in-person group interview, you measure height and reach, break off in groups, and speak in front of a panel. Finally, individual interview, but I did not get that far.
Korean language qualify position has test through lap top computer. It was quite tough and wasn’t easy to pass. They ask everything such as politics, economics, religion and events. It took more than 30-40 minutes and weren’t able to mix any English vocabularies.
