Phone screening with all finance directors in the company, followed by an in-person interview at their headquarters in Honolulu, HI with the same directors, along with the VP of Finance, CFO, and directors from other departments.

Fairly straightforward, had one interview with the manager and another team member. Was offered the position shortly after the interview by phone from a recruiter. I turned the offer down and the hiring manager called me back personally to try and persuade me
