I applied online. I interviewed at Hawaiian Airlines (Honolulu, HI) in Oct 2017
Interview
Day 1: Arrive at the Headquarters and get put into groups. You go into the cafeteria with your group and wait while they take each group through the reach test (82" with no shoes but can tippy toe) and ask questions regarding your tattoo and basically re-ask questions from the application. You go with your group, mine had 7 people into a room where there are 3 employees judging you. You answer 3 questions and read one in-flight announcement.
2nd interview: You go into a waiting area with a large group of people, the total that chose the same time you did. Get separated into groups of 20 to go to separate rooms. Introduce yourself to a panel of about 7 employees and answer one customer service related question or situation. Then you move onto the group activity. We had to prioritize different situations based on their importance/need. This is where you work with your group members (I had 4 in my group) to explain and work together.

Interview
the whole process was a 3-step process. The first was a group Zoom interview, with a few questions and timed answer (now with Alaska Air merge, it is a recorded process). Next was an in-person group interview, you measure height and reach, break off in groups, and speak in front of a panel. Finally, individual interview, but I did not get that far.
Korean language qualify position has test through lap top computer. It was quite tough and wasn’t easy to pass. They ask everything such as politics, economics, religion and events. It took more than 30-40 minutes and weren’t able to mix any English vocabularies.
