This was a 3 day process with each interview maxing at 1-2 hours. Timeline: Applied - 9/9/2017 Invited to Panel - 10/6/2017 Panel Interview - 10/29/2017 at Hawaiian Airlines Corporate Headquarters Group Interview - 11/2/2017 at Neal S. Blaisdell Center Final Interview - 11/14/2017 at Hawaiian Airlines Corporate Headquarters The Panel interview at about 2000+ - I arrived a little over an hour early where my appointment was at 7:45, so this gave me the opportunity to chat with others. At this time we were to receive our name tags/group numbers and wait until they brought us in to be measured. We were to be able to reach 82" allowing us to tip toe. They also took this time to ask questions in regards to any visible tattoos any piercings etc. Then we were gathered into the cafeteria where we were to sit with our groups and then escorted to a room that had 3 interviewers. We sat directly in front of them where they were seated at a table with multiple cards faced down in 2 rows. We were asked 3 questions with 1-2 minutes to answer each depending on the question. The last thing they had us do was read an announcement. Group Interview at about 700+- At arrival we were to check in and pick up our name tags, then gathered into a room of 80, where were sectioned off into groups of 20. We were escorted to a room where we sat in a semi circle with many more interviewers(6+) We were to answer the scenario question card in 2 minutes handed to us and unable to read the card until our turn. We were then sectioned off into smaller groups where we were given a piece of paper to list order of importance in a made up scenario on an airplane. We were given 5 minutes to do it ourselves, and 5 minutes to do it with our group and then each read allowed our answers. Final Interview at 300+- 1 v. 2 Questions in regards to showing my commitment to customer service, showing my commitment to staying w/the company. Questions about Hawaii. Everyones experience was different in this phase.
