2 session interview, one group then 2:1 interview. Group interview: Looker-Runner-builder Looker tells the runner what they see, runner tells builder what to build. They give you 5 minutes to build. Then they have you sit in a circle and they give each individual a card with a real scenario and you have to answer appropriately. 2:1 interview (if invited via email): They go over your resume and ask you basic interview questions. Build rapport with your interviewers. Was really nervous waiting to be called for my interview but they really make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Smile a lot, engage with the interviewers and your fellow interviewees and again Smile a lot!
