As others have said, it's a 3-day process. It's exactly like what everyone posted. I have been twice and the questions were exactly the same both times which is stupid because it clearly favors locals who can afford to interview more than once. Flying to Hawaii and staying over all the days necessary to complete the process is prohibitive for others. There were people in my groups who didn't even know that they'd have to stay longer. They were booking last-minute hotels and paying a lot to change their flights in hopes of getting this coveted position. None of them made it past day 3. The local candidates at the interview especially day 2 were not that friendly to outsiders and I didn't get the feeling this was a company I wanted to work for. You'll only get to talk for three minutes before they make the first cut. I flew to Hawaii and had a vacation with my family. That's the only way it's worth it. Otherwise you are paying a lot of money to talk for three minutes in the hopes you'll shine. Hawaii is paradise and it's a dream job. Unfortunately that dream is expensive to chase if you don't live on Oahu.
