It was very professional and nice. You do a one on one then group then another one on one. For the group, you get and individual scenario then a group scenario where you work together.

the whole process was a 3-step process. The first was a group Zoom interview, with a few questions and timed answer (now with Alaska Air merge, it is a recorded process). Next was an in-person group interview, you measure height and reach, break off in groups, and speak in front of a panel. Finally, individual interview, but I did not get that far.
Korean language qualify position has test through lap top computer. It was quite tough and wasn’t easy to pass. They ask everything such as politics, economics, religion and events. It took more than 30-40 minutes and weren’t able to mix any English vocabularies.
