I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hawaiian Airlines (Honolulu, HI) in Apr 2022
Interview
Applied beginning of March; took 3-4 weeks to hear back to schedule 1st of 3 interviews. First interview is a group video call with a handful of other candidates. Interviewers ask everyone the same three questions based on HA values and give each person 1 minute to answer. Second interview is in person at Hawaiian Airlines HQ in Honolulu. This interview is the most laid back and a chance to show your personality & most of all how well you work in a team. Also you do your reach test and they ask if you have any visible tattoos this day, so if you have any tattoos that you aren’t able to cover with a short sleeve shirt and some pants you won’t make it pass this point (you can’t cover visible tattoos with long sleeve shirts or makeup). Third interview is in person once again, but this time is just you & two other interviewers who will ask you questions based on your experience listed on your resume. Also at this interview, recommendation letters are optional, but I highly recommend bringing at least 1 or 2!
Most important about all the interviews is following directions exactly, make sure you understand HA values & how to relate your answers to them or to customer service in general, and show your personality/aloha. And definitely dress for the part in business/FA attire, well-groomed hair, and smile!

It was very professional and nice. You do a one on one then group then another one on one. For the group, you get and individual scenario then a group scenario where you work together.

Interview
the whole process was a 3-step process. The first was a group Zoom interview, with a few questions and timed answer (now with Alaska Air merge, it is a recorded process). Next was an in-person group interview, you measure height and reach, break off in groups, and speak in front of a panel. Finally, individual interview, but I did not get that far.
Korean language qualify position has test through lap top computer. It was quite tough and wasn’t easy to pass. They ask everything such as politics, economics, religion and events. It took more than 30-40 minutes and weren’t able to mix any English vocabularies.
