The interview process was great. They asked me some generic interview questions but then made me feel comfortable by asking some fun questions as well. Could definitely tell they cared about me during the interview.
Overall, very casual. No technical round and just a conversation with behavior questions. Ask about myself and going over resume. Don't know what its like now with the merge with alaska
Applied online and (a week later) a recruiter reached out to me and set up a phone interview with another recruiter. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and was told to keep in contact with the recruiter for any questions/followups. I followed up and was told that I will hear back within a week, I did not hear back so I followed up again after 2 weeks but never got a reply. I pretty much got ghosted and was sent an automated rejection email about a month later.
I enjoyed the interview experience and learning more about Hawaiian Airlines in the process, but the recruiting process was very unprofessional.
