The first interview was an HR screening over the phone, the second was a web interview with hiring manager, and the final was an in-person team and colleague interview. Straightforward and somewhat fast. Waited for over 2 months after 3 interviews, followed-up and was told to wait 1 more month. Did not hear back, so followed-up more than a month later, and was told the position was not being recruited for anymore. Only to see that about a week later, a Senior Manager instead of Director (this position) was posted for the same role. Did not hear anything from HR to consider the Senior Manager role, which is terribly inefficient considering the pool of director-grade candidates that were likely in the mix for the "discontinued" position. This felt like an absolute waste of time due to the inability to "get their ducks in a row".
