The initial phone call was pleasant and asked typical recruiting questions. They mentioned a second interview but I received no follow-up. No email or phone call to let me know the next steps (if any).

Very long process and a lengthy background checks. Multiple references are required. Interviews are easy, but the interviewers are not enthusiastic. Any salary and benefit negotiation take at least few days to get an answer.
