The interview process was an enjoyable experience. Starting with the initial call from the HR manager all the way through several interviews with the President and CEO, concluding with an interview with the sales team, the process was diligent and courteous. They always left me with the impression that I was valued and a high priority. It is evident that they are very concerned about getting the proper fit in the right position. This process pushed me to contemplate ideas that I have not been pushed to contemplate in quite a long time. Even though the process had an elevated level of difficulty, each person with whom I interviewed made it a delightful and positive experience! Keep up the good work!

I had a series of 4 interviews with HeadLight for a Strategic Account Executive position. Great experience all around. The HeadLight leadership team clearly has a strong strategic vision for the company and cares deeply about maintaining a culture of character, integrity, and innovation. Each person I interviewed with was professional, respectful, and enthusiastic. A+ company and recruiting process. Though I ended up accepting another offer elsewhere, my great experience with HeadLight made that a very difficult decision. The Strategic Account Executive role (and probably any role at HeadLight) represents an awesome opportunity for professionals who want to substantially grow their careers. If I consider another career move in the future, HeadLight will be at the top of my list.
