Question 1
Most of my interviews didn’t really feel like interviews, but conversations geared towards what works for me, what doesn’t. Some questions I remember: - Why headlight? - How do you work towards building trust? - How do you deal with challenges at work? etc… Btw the recruiter got in touch after every interview and gave really great feedback!!!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HeadLight (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2021
