The process started with a video conference, with one of their in-house recruiters, who was so pleasant and instantly made me feel at ease. For my next 3 face-to-face interviews, they were extremely flexible and helped coordinate around my current busy work schedule. Every single person I met with was kind, considerate, professional and welcoming.

Question 1
One thing I found very innovative about my interview experience was meeting with their Culture Manager, who asked me how I incorporate kindness and creativity into the way I treat myself, others, and apply to my work. Headspace has a very special and unique work environment and I thought it was great they are trying to make sure their new employees will fit in with the office culture they have created.
