Headspace Technical Support interview questions

Applied on the website which asked for a long letter explaining why you want to work for the company and how the skills you’ve got would benefit them. Spent a good hour or so writing this up, only to be declined straight away as I accidentally named the company wrong on one of the sentences. A problem on my end for sure, but just seemed very petty and the email I got back was condescending and rude. Thank you sparing me working for the company if a mistake like that is like committing a bad crime!
