HeadStrong HR Called me For Face2Face Interview And Interview Process Happened:
1. two rounds at same day(Asked Basic about Java,DSA,DB)
2.After two days shortlisted for final round.
3.Three rounds of interview including managerial round
They asked basic question about Java/Spring/Hibernate/DB

Interview
Easy, includes all the basic questions about testing. Primarily about the projects you have worked upon. Headstrong believes in training people inside organization so their main focus is on the attitude on individual. If you are eager to learn then it is a big advantage.

Interview
It was the longest interview with details ranging from previous employment to future plans. The knowledge in Capital Markets was extensively tested and taken into account, though I'm not sure how effectively is the same utilized during the stay in the company.
