Interview
First there was an aptitude test .after we clear the test there was a HR interview.Te interview mainly focused on the resume.hey asked all resume based questions.Basically the intent as far as i understood was to test if i were capable enough to learn things quickly and get along with system.If we are clear and onfident about ourselves we will clear the interview.

Interview
First there was an inteview by the recruiter which was just to check if my profile fit the job , followed by the actual Interview which was very financial domain knowledge specific ..... went into details ... not easy .... there were 2 rounds .... last was the HR interview which was more like a chat with a friend. Working with Headstrong has been great ... collegues are really smart & helpful ... get to learn a lot .... interesting projects.
