The interview process took 6 months due to COVID. - I was approached via Linkedin by one of the Co-Founders - 30 minute screening call - 30 minute mock call w/ cofounder + team member - 1 hour long behavioral interview w/ cofounder + team member - Case interview w/ CEO - Several brief phone calls w/ POC (point of contact) based on my questions, requests for more information - My POC (one of the co-founders) was really communicative and open with me about where I was in the process, even when things were put on hold This is one of the most transparent & engaging processes I have experienced. A strong effort was made to answer all my questions and show me the day to day nature of the tasks and way of working, from getting to speak to my future team mates all the way to sharing spreadsheets on projects the team was currently working on. I gladly accepted the offer and so far have been positively impressed that what I was told in the interviews reflects very accurately the reality of the team, job and company.
