Simple and straightforward, I applied about a month before the recruiter reached out to me via email and we set up a conversation for a week later. It was vague though, as the specific role I was going to be interviewed for was nowhere to be found in the email, and even when I asked the recruiter never replied. The recruiter was very friendly on the call, but the interview itself was unremarkable. She didn't delve into any specifics of the role, and all her questions were fairly boilerplate standard HR stuff. I received a follow up a few days later, but the company was not able to have the grace of at least sending a personalized message and simply sent an automated declined. This is fairly ironic seeing as how this company is dedicated to the mental wellbeing of people. Overall, this turned what was a neutral / slightly positive experience into a negative one.
