From sending in my application to the final response it was two full months. I enjoyed the people I spoke with and had to do multiple assignments. The final round interview was with leadership and I thought it went well, didn’t get much feedback. Took about a week to get a rejection call. Overall it was an ok experience - I liked the people and it seemed like a great opportunity. However, I spent a lot of energy and time on multiple assignments and rounds of interviews with assignments while on zoom, and when I asked for any feedback from HR on the rejection call, they had nothing specific to offer except for that “on one question on the final assignment, you went in the wrong direction.” When I asked for clarification, I was told “that’s all I have in my notes.” Honestly laughable in hindsight, but in the moment it was really upsetting. I felt that was a total lack of respect for me and my time as an applicant, but the experience also made me realize those are not the type of people & processes I would want to work with. So in the end, I realized it was not the workplace for me. The culture and mission seemed great though. I hope they have improved their feedback game!
