I've had about 7 interview loops in my career that went all the way to the offer stage, including at FAANG companies. My interview process with Headway was the most thorough of all of these. They had me present on past projects, one with the hiring manager and one with a larger panel. I did a virtual whiteboarding exercise, on-the-spot design critiques and standard behavioral interviews. While the process was thorough and even somewhat difficult, I appreciated several things: - The recruiter was an excellent communicator and prepared me for every interview round with specifically what to expect - All of the people I spoke with were smart and engaged - They were able to be flexible and responsive with interview timing, as I had a 2nd offer and needed to make a decision quickly By the end, I actually had more peace of mind than usual, even before getting an offer, because I felt like they had a full sense of my capabilities. There wasn't really anything I could hide!
