The recruiter call was pretty straightforward. The recruiter pitched the company to me and then asked a series of questions and made time for me to ask questions. What I liked most about it was the pitch at the start, which answered most of the questions I had about Headway and the work they do. It was pretty clear that some of what they were looking for was not aligned with my experience or skillset and what I appreciate most is that my recruiter, Alex, did not leave me hanging. Job hunting is tough, and getting an answer (one way or the other) quickly is actually pretty useful in helping us candidates keep our focus on other opportunities!
