Another company that doesn't respect candidates at all. Don't waste your time. The recruiter who reached out to me to schedule an interview then forgot to schedule one after I provided her with my availability. I had to send her a reminder email. Call with her was easy enough. Then they require you to do some bs take home assignment that takes at least 5 hours. It is SO disrespectful to demand this of candidates so early in the interview process, like they don't want to waste their time but don't care about its impact on us. Ended up with some canned rejection email, asked for feedback and *big surprise* didn't hear anything back. I've interviewed at numerous places and understand sometimes it doesn't work out. But it's unacceptable to waste this much of a person's time and not bother even giving feedback. I know it's becoming more common, but I'm realizing these bs assignments passed out before you actually talk to anyone relevant (I can't wait for recruiters to be obsolete with AI, they're just gloried spambots) are a red flag.
