My process was a bit different than what I understood to be typical. This was due to someone being out of the office for an extended period. I was told typically you meet with people you would be working directly with or for and then upper management. First I met with someone in recruiting who did a screening. I met with someone in management with provider operations first for a behavioral interview, and then 2 people I would be working closely with, next, my references were checked and I received an offer.
From the time I applied to the offer was right at 2 months. Keep in mind though they were closed for the 4-day Thanksgiving weekend and the week between Christmas & New Year's. My experience was very positive. I felt like it was thorough and I was able to ensure this is the right fit for me as much as I am for them. The process was also typical of what I experienced with a large hospital system in Atlanta.
I always knew what to expect next and was given an idea of questions I would be asked with each interview so I could prepare adequately. I am so excited to join the company!
