Very long interview process, even with a referral from a current employee. It took over a month to complete the first 3 rounds of interviews: an hour long recruiter video call, hour long call with hiring manager, and a panel interview and take home assignment + presentation. The presentation was seemingly unrelated to the role, even though the instructions said that Headway had already worked through and completed the problem. I worked with 5+ recruiters throughout the process, most of which were completely unresponsive to email questions. The salary/comp was changed significantly (>$30k) for the role after 2nd & 3rd interview. I received a canned rejection email from a recruiter with no feedback (she said it was company policy for feedback to remain confidential). Similar-sized companies I’ve interviewed with at least gave me a call with some tidbit of feedback, especially after spending hours crafting a presentation. I do not recommend wasting your time interviewing here.
