I interviewed for five rounds over the span of a month and was passed between four separate recruiters. Despite being told I was the top candidate for the position at every step of the process I was eventually passed on the job with no feedback as to why. I had an assignment to complete on my own during the second round. As a candidate, it felt like a waste of my time to be told something throughout the entire process and not be given transparent feedback in the end.
