Headway’s interview process is structured, supportive, and mission-driven, focusing on clinical competence, client-centered care, collaboration, adaptability, and alignment with values while ensuring candidates feel heard, prepared, and confident throughout process.

Sent resume and then was contacted via phone and email to set up next steps. Phone call followed where they gave an overview and then video interview was scheduled where more questions were asked of experience and background.

Basically a zoom call, wasn’t really an interview just more of them getting background information. They let me know at the end that I was accepted. I don’t think the call was even an hour
