I had such a wonderful interview experience! I felt so supported throughout the entire process by the talent team, and I especially appreciated how the talent team made sure I felt prepared before each interview. For example, the talent team got back to me quickly when I emailed clarifying questions, and they even set up brief 1:1s before interviews to make sure I understood everything. Overall, the interview process was communicated to me quickly and clearly, and I always knew what to expect. And I think this shows how much Headway cares about their people and creating a relationship-obsessed culture.

Interview
Warm, human, with the option to speak over email or phone. Process is very organized and transparent from the beginning, with quick, continuous communication. Began with a phone screen, then went into a design presentation, which would have turned into a whiteboard exercise and behavioral interview if I would have continued. Very respectful and kind when sharing their decision not to continue me in the process, although they were understandably minimal with feedback on how I could have been a more compelling candidate.
