Got a referral and recruiter reached out within a few days to setup a phone screen. I was surprised at how in depth the initial call was but got moved forward. The next is an at home assignment with an hour interview to present, then a mock 1:1 call, 60 min behavioral interview then two 15 minute leadership calls and finally reference checks. The process was intense but I'm happy to see they really want to ensure they hire the right people. There were some scheduling conflicts pop up, needing to reschedule the first few interviews and a delay on the back end but the recruiter was super communicative and kept me in the loop the whole time. They sent over a deck as well, outlining what I'm to be evaluated on. Overall, I felt very supported during the entire process. It felt like each person genuinely wanted me to succeed. Overall, it was an awesome experience and each step got me more excited for the opportunity! A few days after going through everything, the recruiter gave me a call with the offer!
