I received a text asking me to schedule time for a phone interview. I scheduled for 3:30pm. At 3:40pm I texted asking if there was an issue. At 4:00pm someone texted back "Hi *first name*!" At 4:15pm an off shore worker called to ask me to reschedule for the next week. I removed myself from consideration. Company is very unprofessional, and this shows how little respect they have for their employees.
