Interview
Applied online. Had an initial phone interview and then an in-office interview. The phone interview was with an HR person and it was pretty conversational and mostly informational. We spoke about the duties/responsibilities of the position, if I was clear on the job description and what they were looking for, and basically if this was something that I would be interested in.
A week or two later, I was called in for an interview in the office. I was greeted by the HR, then spoke two two other people in the departments that I would be working closely with (people who would eventually become my supervisors). They were all very friendly and helpful. They tried to make me feel comfortable, and we talked about job prospects, what I was interested in, and what the future looked like for me.
I thought the entire process was very professional, and the interviewers were good!
