Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Discuss your experience and background, what motivates you. What are your long term goals. How would you adjust to the organizations culture.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Health First in Sep 2017
Interview
Recruiter , VP, Dept head (via phone), five online tests, then a psychologist. The next step would be a final round...which ironically would have been the first time the candidates get to see the place. Pretty outlandish process to work for meh wages and benefits at a hospital. Too many red flags throughout, and when the recruiter didn't return my email after I spent five hours on a Saturday taking their tests, I withdrew. If they need five tests and a psychologist to validate a hiring decision...that's just pathetic.
