The hiring process was detailed and meticulous. They conducted back ground and reference checks prior to the first interview. then they wanted to know if accepted for the position when I could start. They wanted to fill the position asap. I informed them I would need to give my standard 2 week notice. Although they were interested in offering the position to me they wanted me to break my 2 week notice?!?
