      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HealthPartners (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2013

      Interview

I applied online and got a call from HR to request a phone interview a week or two later. After the phone interview I was asked to come in and interview with the hiring manager. This interview was a lot to do with what I know to determine if I could get the work den. The final step was an interview with the Director of the department and a meet and greet with the team I'd be working with. This final interview was more about how I'd fit into the culture.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HealthPartners (Bloomington, MN) in Oct 2014

      Interview

Started with a phone interview and moved on to an in-person interview, which ended up being a few separate in-person interviews with various team members. The interviews were under 1 hour in length. The team was extremely friendly and put me at ease. Typical questions - no curve balls and even seemed interested in how my current work could help with their work.

      Marketing Communications Consultant Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HealthPartners

      Interview

My first interview interaction for a phone interview with HR. Next I met the hiring manager in person for a one hour interview. The hiring manager asked great questions, but determined that I wasn't the greatest fit for the position I applied, but there was another opportunity within marketing that I should consider. The hiriting manager encouraged me to apply online, which I did later that day, and also forwarded my information to this other hiring manager. I was then scheduled for another one hour interview with the new hiring manager. The next step was a short interview with my potential new team members followed by an hour with the director of marketing. Things move quickly at HealthPartners, so I wasn't surprised to hear back from them less than a week later with an offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

One thing I really like about HealthPartners is their focus on culture. The initial interview focused on the skills necessary for the desired position, but the following interview with team and director focused on the culture and if I'd be a good fit.
