Interview phase 1 was a phone call. I spoke with the manager and a lead. Pretty basic questions regarding experience etc. I was then invited for an in person interview to sit with employees and talk to one of the 3 the co-founders. By the end of it, they offered me a job on the spot and I started 6 days later!
