1st stage was with an internal HR / Talent acquistion partner: She didn't have any information on the type of work on the Finance Team including what the role does on a weekly / monthly / yearly basis. Interviewer wasn't able to effecively review my resume / previous work expereince and how it relates to the job posting. (my background in corporate finance directly related to the role) Interviewer started yelling sternly at me during the interview. Internal recruiter is the definition of "gate keeping" and heavily expressed "you need to get through me to get to the next round".
