The interview process, while lengthy in nature was comprehensive and fully immersive as a whole. The application process was completed online which was then followed by a brief phone call ensuring that you were able to meet general qualifications. The interview process proceeded to an online platform called Hirevue in which you are given an unlimited amount of attempts to record your answer based on the question provided. The next step then involved a phone call from the recruiter who explained the in-person interview process and set up a time that worked for both parties. My in-person interview was conducted out of the Lake Mary office in Florida and was a joy to be a part of. The interviewers were upbeat and tried to make the interview as professional and enjoyable as possible. The final stage of the interviewing process was the phone call receiving the offer which lays out the steps for employment involving the screening, paperwork, etc.
