The first step was a self-recorded video interview, where you answer questions like "why do you want to work here" and "what do you know about the company." After that, I had an interview with a member of the development team who had me complete a series of steps mostly dealing with data structures and general Java. The last step was an interview with a project lead who asked me questions that were more specific to mobile development and Android.
