I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Healthforce (Cape Town)
Interview
The process included recruiter screening, 2 behavioural interviews, a presentation I had to prepare and aptitude tests. It took about a month. The hiring manager indicated an intention to make an offer, but about a week later I was informed that a senior executive, whom I had not met, had decided I was unsuitable based on my CV. I truly hope that they learned something from this process, but unfortunately for me it was a terrible waste of my time.
