There is a phone screen to ensure the interviewee knows what he is talking about, then an in-person with a group of other developers. The phone screen questions are basic questions about general C# knowledge, although this may have changed now, since most of the focus is on React/node/webpack-related skills. The in-person interview is done with a group of other developers and is intended to get a good read on the interviewee's personality and refined skills. Test questions are asked, sometimes with use of the white board.
