Never got a response. Had over 15 years experience and met all of the job specifications and not a peep. Based on reviews it seems they are less focused on people and more on something else. I understand that you can’t reply to all submissions. But in my tenure, if you had the skills I would always send a thank you. It’s rude not to reply, and you never know in this field when the tables will be turned. The lack of response says a lot of the hiring manager and he culture.
