I applied online and was contacted for an onsite interview with the hiring manager. I had three interview sessions that day: one with a group of five people who would work with the person in this position; one with the woman who was transitioning out of the role and the hiring manager; one with the Vice President of the group. The interviews were a mix of "describe your experience" and a formal interview question script.

The interview process was so redundant. It started off with a phone screening with a recruiter to gauge interest with basic behavioral questions. From here, I was set up with another team member to interview over video chat with basic behavioral questions. I had another round of video chat behavioral questions that lasted about 1 hour. I was asked to set up a presentation and deliver it. The team invited me to fly out to Madison to meet in person where I spent 2 hours in the afternoon interviewing with behavioral questions again before being given a tour of the campus. Again I was asked to give a presentation, but no notice of this was given ahead of time. As stated, the process was very redundant. The questions were all printed out and very generic. They asked the same questions in every session and it felt very counterproductive. I also do not believe the company knows where it is headed.
